Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

Pawhaus has shipping configured for the United States and, for Shopify Collective products, Canada and international destinations. Availability depends on the products in your cart and your delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. For Shopify Collective products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout through our suppliers' shipping service. Other products use the shipping rates applicable to their delivery setup. Please review the shipping charge for your cart before completing your purchase.

Delivery timing

We do not publish a single delivery timeframe for every product and destination. Review any delivery estimates displayed with the available shipping options at checkout.
